This Capucines BB handbag is made using the same pleating technique used on the House’s ready-to-wear, but here reproduced on calfskin leather. A thin leather thread is sewn into the pleated leather to reproduce the malletage pattern found on the inside of Louis Vuitton trunks, in a quilted version. The wide removable strap brings new carry options.

The leather used in this product comes from a tannery audited and certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), which is the highest environmental standard in terms of leather tanning. This standard requires tanneries to reduce their water and energy consumption, as well as their use of potentially hazardous substances.
